At Strapcode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and spring bars are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
