Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about upgrading your timepiece with Strapcode.
How do I know which strap size fits my watch?
To find the correct size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch case in millimeters. Most common sizes are 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm. You can also check your watch manufacturer's specifications for the 'lug width'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium watch bands globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
What materials are used in Strapcode bracelets?
We specialize in high-quality 316L stainless steel for our metal bracelets, along with premium Italian leather, FKM rubber, and durable nylon for our various strap collections.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are spring bars included with my purchase?
Yes, most of our watch bands and bracelets include a pair of high-quality stainless steel spring bars to ensure you have everything needed for an immediate installation.
How do I adjust the length of my metal bracelet?
Our metal bracelets typically use screw-in pins for link adjustment. We recommend using a high-quality 1.0mm or 1.2mm flathead screwdriver. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, any local jeweler can assist you.
